RULES & REGULATIOM

  1. Students should bring their ID cards to school daily.
  2. All students must attend the assembly. Students must arrive in class before the first bell rings.
  3. Coming to class late is a punishable offense. Latecomers must bring application otherwise they will be sent back. Attendance on the last day of school before the holidays is absolutely essential.
  4. All students are required to attend each class according to the schedule.
  5. No child should leave school during class time without the prior permission of the principal.
  6. When changing classrooms or places between periods, students must line up and observe complete discipline. When using stair cases and corridors, all students should walk to the left.
  7. Students should also avoid running in corridors.
  8. It is important to take care of the school property and no student should tear, damage anything related to their school in any way. Damage to school property must be paid to the student concerned.
  9. Children who do not wear school uniforms and do not do their homework regularly will be sent home after three warnings.
  10. All students observe the standards wherever they go.
  11. The school will be judged on behalf of the behaviour of their students. According to school rules, sarcasm, obscene language is prohibited and punishable.
  12. No student will be given half a day off.
  13. However, only sick students will be given leniency on the day of examination / test. Where the child may be allowed to go home at the written request of the parents, which must be submitted to the class teacher before class in the morning.
  14. Disciplinary action will be taken against students who uuse unfair means during examinations, which may result in expulsion from school.
  15. Students will be expelled from school for misconduct. They should not use vulgar language or engage in quarrels and disputes with others.
  16. It will be obligatory on every student to abide by the Islamic conditions, otherwise they will be warned and if they do not accept, they will be expelled.
  17. Every student must observe the five daily prayers and abide by other principles of Shariah.
  18. In case of sudden illness, the class teacher must be notified in writing to take leave from the class.
  19. During teaching hours, student will not be allowed to meet the guardian without any necessary excuse.
  20. In case of ill health, leave application must be made before the assembly.
  21. It will also be necessary to get permission from the teacher for water, toilet, etc. in the classroom.
  22. Under a reasonable excuse, after the permission of the supervisor,every adult student has to wear hijab for on leaving the institution.
  23. No student will be allowed to keep cell phone, iron, gas cylinder etc. in the institution/hostel.
  24. The student has to clean the classrooms, hostel and institution etc.on her own.
  25. Each student has to lie down on a separate bed in a separate sheet / blanket / comforter, even if they are real sisters.
  26. 70% attendance will be required for each student throughout the academic year, otherwise they will be barred from sitting in the annual examination.
  27. From time to time, all orders issued by the institution will have to be complied with.
  28. Teachers and other staff will need to be respected and disciplined, otherwise they will be expelled for non-compliance.
  29. No outer student will be allowed to visit the home of a local classmate or friend.Also, a student will not be allowed to send a text message at their home.
  30. Students will only use uniforms during class time or institutional occasions. In the hostel, it is strictly forbidden students to fight with each other or to speak loudly.
  31. Unnecessary friendships or unnecessary conversations, staying up late at night are strictly forbidden.They will be warned,otherwise expelled in case of non-compliance.
