AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION:
1) Adhar Card.
2) Self Attested copy of Birth Certificate with Originals for verification.
3) One passport size photograph of the candidate.
4) Complete academic certificate of the previous two classes attended by the student.
AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:
1) Adhar Card.
2) Latest Residence Proof.
3) Blood Group Report.
4) Transfer Certificate. (Original)
5) Caste Certificate – In case caste belongs to OBC /SC/ST All the photocopies should be self attested by one of the parent.
6) Progress report from the previous school.
